This is a deposit and reservation for a whole premium aged beef. Your final pricing will be $8 per pound based on the actual hanging carcass weight of your animal. This price includes all processing fees. For example, a 900 lb. average hanging weight whole beef would cost approximately $7200.

3. We'll notify you with a date your beef will be ready.

4. Pay your balance (less your initial deposit) when your beef is ready.
