Finke Farms Beef was founded by Jordan Finke, a dedicated fourth-generation farmer and rancher. With roots running deep into the red soil of North Texas, Jordan has always known that working the land and raising cattle was more than just a job—it was a calling. Today, he and his wife Jessie, along with their two sons, Landon and Luke, are continuing that legacy with passion, purpose, and an eye on the future.

Our Cattle, Raised with Care

We believe the key to exceptional beef is exceptional care. Our cattle are raised on pasture until weaning, giving them the opportunity to graze on native grasses and develop naturally in a stress-free environment. Once weaned, they are transitioned to high-quality grass or wheat fields, where they continue to thrive and grow strong.

As they mature, we introduce grain feeding to enhance marbling, tenderness, and flavor—key characteristics of great beef. Our feeding process is carefully balanced to maintain the health of the animal while delivering the rich taste and texture our customers love. Most importantly, we never use added hormones. This ensures that the beef you serve your family is as natural and wholesome as possible.

All our calves are born and raised right here on the farm, and they spend their early lives alongside their mothers. This not only strengthens their health and immunity but also allows us to monitor their development closely. Because we raise them ourselves from day one, we can confidently stand behind the quality of every cut we offer.
