Went to the new meat place today in Denison and guess what I'm excited!!! Prices were great, great selection, locally raised, no hormones or antibiotics and processed here in Texoma!! Go give Finke Farms a look, they have more than meat!!

I cooked a flat iron steak yesterday and I was very surprised how tender it was! I'm not sure what I was expecting, but I wasn't expecting it to be filet mignon tender. Simply amazing
I checked out your store last week. I got the hatch chili ground beef, an arm chuck roast, and some soup bones. I made it all this weekend and the flavor was amazing! My stock with the bones is simmering now, 20 hrs so far. It smells so good. We pulled the meat off the bones last night and it was perfect! Love your store!

"We went to the new butcher in Denison and stocked up a few different meats to test them out. Hotdogs are amazing. The Summer sausage is really good. The ground beef is just delicious. Made hamburgers once and tacos last night. Made a roast last week...l think it was a sirloin? Absolutely amazing quality. Try them. The meat is 100 times the quality you get at the grocery stores. Finke Farms. They're on the corner of armstrong and owings in Denison."
"Last week got some of the most tender cube steak I've ever had in my life. Also got a roast and slow cooked overnight with seasoning. Was fork tender and delicious. Once you have home-grown beef you will realize well worth the extra money. Finke Farms is the only place I'm getting beef from now on. They also had Beef Bacon, can't wait to try that!"
"My brother and I went there about three weeks ago to pick up a couple of ribeyes and Mr. Finke stopped in to see his wife who was running the store. It was great to meet the rancher that provided your meal. The steaks were fantastic. I was also able to pick up a Hanger steak that I am waiting to try. Don't miss out on their rubs either, great place and people!!!!"
The BEST tasting beef! The filets melt in your mouth and the flavor is amazing! Most definitely give them a try - you won’t be disappointed.
