How Our 1/4 Beef Subscription Works:

Over 12 months, you'll receive an entire quarter beef, conveniently divided into monthly deliveries. This is an ideal option for individuals or smaller families looking to enjoy premium beef year-round.

We offer free delivery within our designated zones.

 

What You'll Get (Distributed Over 12 Months):

• Steaks: 2 Filets, 6 Ribeye Steaks, 6 New York Steaks, 2 Sirloin Steaks, 3 Coulotte Steaks, 1 Flat Iron Steak, 1 Skirt Steak, 2 Chuck Eye Steaks, 1 Denver Steak, 1 Flank Steak

• Roasts: 1 Sirloin Tip Roast, 1 Round Roast, 2 Arm Roasts, 1 Chuck Roast

• Other Cuts: 1 Brisket (half), 2 Short Ribs, 1 Stew Meat, 2 Tablitas, 4 Cutlet packages ("tenderized steak")

• Ground Beef: 48 packages of Single Source Ground Beef (approximately 1 lb each)

Customization Options:

We're happy to substitute any cut for more ground beef. For instance, if you don't want the Cutlets, we can provide you with additional ground beef instead. If you prefer roasts over briskets, we can swap out a half brisket for 2 roasts or the ground beef equivalent. Please note: we do not exchange ground beef for other cuts.
