Customization Options:

We're happy to substitute any cut for more ground beef. For example, if you don't want the Cutlets, we can provide you with additional ground beef instead. If you prefer roasts over briskets, we can swap out a half brisket for 2 roasts or the ground beef equivalent. Please note: we do not exchange ground beef for other cuts.
