Reserve your whole beef today with a deposit and have it cut your way!

This is a deposit and reservation for a whole premium aged beef. Your final pricing will be $6.25 per pound based on the actual hanging carcass weight of your animal. This price includes all processing fees. For example, a 750 lb. average hanging weight whole beef would cost approximately $4,687.50.

How it Works:

1. Pay your deposit to reserve your animal.

2. We'll provide you with a custom beef cut sheet to specify exactly how you want your beef processed. We're happy to answer any questions you have while filling it out.

3. Return your custom cut sheet to us.

4. We'll notify you with a date your beef will be ready.

5. Pay your balance (less your initial deposit) when your beef is ready.
